2014 saw Elwick Stud expand to Sheraton Farm. Set in over 200 acres of County Durham countryside, the previously arable land has undergone major development over the last two years to allow Elwick Stud to continue to grow.
All the fields have been refenced with post and rail paddocks, surrounded by gated walkways to ensure the safety of our horses and staff. This also makes maintaining the hedges an easier task. Four state of the art, light and airy barns have been built during the development homing our spacious stables and foaling boxes, alongside two loose barns.
Two all-weather arenas and an all-weather lunge ring with viewing platform give a facility for any weather for riding or turnout. 2016 concluded with the completion of our stallion facility, now housing Mondialiste after his retirement to stud.
